Service description

PixoProof provides tools for photographers to upload, organize, and deliver client galleries with optional protection features. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe third-party rights
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or abuse the platform
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without authorization

Content ownership

Photographers retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant PixoProof a limited license to host, process, and deliver content solely to provide the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected unless cancelled. Storage limits and feature availability depend on your active plan.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." Protection features deter casual misuse but cannot guarantee prevention of all unauthorized copying. See our security page for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixoProof is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
