Limitations

We believe in setting accurate expectations. No gallery platform can promise perfect prevention.

No solution can guarantee 100% prevention of screen capture — determined users with external cameras or modified devices may still copy content.
Web browsers do not expose the same screenshot blocking APIs as native mobile apps.
Watermarks deter casual sharing but do not cryptographically lock image files.
Protection applies to preview and delivery flows configured in PixoProof; downloaded originals depend on your album settings.
